I'm not a "big shot" when it comes to taking pictures and photography, so I have no idea what or how, but you made the water around him just stand still - HOW?! I mean there's no "motion-blur" and such... it is stunning!

as far as how to get the shoot... there are a few things. 1) have a really really fast shutter speed! something like, 1/4000. second, since its such a fast speed, have a really wide aperture, to allow more light in the lens. also, since its so fast (very little light comes in) you just gotta shoot when its bright! and there you go... a fast shutter speed that allows enough light and so fast that it captures motion greatly!
